The short answer is: Yes. When it comes to ageing gracefully, there is not much we can do to completely avoid the lines and wrinkles that accompany this natural process. But we can combat several external factors that cause premature ageing.
TYPES OF AGEING
There are two types of ageing: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic or internal ageing is caused by the genes we inherit. Extrinsic or external ageing is caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to UV light. Intrinsic ageing, also known as the natural ageing process, normally begins in our mid-twenties and continues until we breathe our last breath.

Although you cannot stop your intrinsic ageing process, you can holistically slow the process down.
